Mice living in it and one running across my head while I was sleeping, no heat (and it was cold in June there) and wood burning stove was sitting on the deck outside, the oven didn't work at all, no water in the bathroom sink (this was fixed within the first two weeks), NONE of the windows opened at all, guy fixing the bathroom said there was a bunch of black mold in the walls when he was working on it, sometimes the water slowed to a trickle if the stream that was the source got blocked, gas was powered by propane tank that was fairly small and required that I remove it and take it to have it refilled every 2 weeks. It was just a bare minimum above camping, honestly. It looked cute though. I could show you photos from inside. I WAS able to connect internet through DSL, if you can believe it, but it required the phone tech person to rummage through the forest to find the lines. 🤣 1 reply
