European countries backed an Arab states' plan to rebuild and demilitarize Gaza without killing/displacing its 2 million people. This is in addition to multiple UN General Assembly resolutions, where nearly every country in the world voted against Israel and the US. Despite this, the starvation has continued for seven days, and a full-scale genocide could resume at any moment. https://www.newsweek.com/european-nations-join-arab-backing-egypt-gaza-rebuild-plan-2041679

it’s horrific. The international community keeps passing resolutions making statements, and proposing plans but on the ground, the suffering continues. The US and Israel have largely ignored global pressure and the UN has been powerless to enforce anything meaningful. The starvation in Gaza isn’t just a byproduct of war it’s a deliberate policy as even Israeli officials have admitted. The aid situation is catastrophic and with Rafah still under threat the worst may not be over.

humanity’s lack of power to defend the victims of strong aggressive states is horrific imo there is a change in the perception of the conflict and the West “ruling elites” are now persecuting ppl and attacking institutions that defend human rights and free speech… but that change is too slow 50 $degen
