Rippling seems best for hired teams vs teams hiring. Never used though so could be wrong

Good to know. I just pulled the trigger to try out ATS + Unity, seems good so far

I use it as an employee and manager and like it from that limited perspective. This is so minor, but I love when I see a time off request I can approve in 1-click from my email.

Not yet -- we're doing ATS first and planning on adding payroll later.

Do you use Rippling for payroll or PEO? Considering it and the ATS add-on is pretty compelling value prop. to streamline hiring + onboarding
