There is 0 caching on images on Warpcast proxy level. If you are seeing not refreshing images its a good practice to load the image and see why it might not be working. In this case, I am attaching the cache headers from your frame image. You can see that it has two `max-age` properties set.

I am not sure how or why this might happen as I am not super familiar with how you are setting these images and deploying them. But if you can figure that out, and make sure your `max-age=0` header is set — I'd expect Warpcast clients to work as expected.
