Warpcast team-- I'm getting a lot of questions about rewards from onboarding people:

A) What is the time period of the reward capture?
2) Do you have to have a certain neynar score to appear on the leaderboard?
III) Some people seem "stuck"-- I see people that I've onboarded getting massive engagement but have no points (ex @bessdub) ...what am I missing?

It has nothing to do with Neynar or their scoring.

In the previous $5 rewards test, some people were ineligible due to spam labels. Is that true in this version of the rewards?

@pichi — Depends on what you define as "spam labels" but short answer is most of the network is eligible for their casts. 

Many cases of users reporting < 500 score is not because they are "ineligible" but because our current engagement scoring algorithm does not have a score that is equal or higher than 500.

Of course — not every model is perfect. If either of you see accounts that should be getting scores and they seem to not — please feel free to DM me and we will feed it to our systems to get better.
