imo as a man false accusations are incredibly scary But the number of false accusations compared to unreported, untried, or unsuccessful prosecutions for rape is quite low So it usually seems blown out of proportion when compared to the amount of sexual violence in the US

agree and aware <10% are false accusations. is this because women are more likely to falsely accuse high-profile or highly successful men? making it more likely for these false accusation stories to get coverage? ultimately harming the +90% women who aren't making false accusations.
