Left my house first time in 2 weeks. As I’ve been in the coding trenches. Sensory overload. Restaurant too loud and too many people. Music annoying me. Everyone looks ugly.

Aw that really sucks. It's so hard to find a quiet restaurant some times, or even a quiet spot in a restaurant or cafe. btw I dunno if it helps but Loop earplugs changed my opinion about earplugs, they're most comfortable ones ever and I wear them almost every day. Just the basic $20 silicone "Quiet" model. Also they're black and unobtrusive, not like neon yellow. I wish I started wearing them years ago.
