There is a lost art of staying put in one place

Most people nowadays (especially the higher classes) are traveling frequently - for vacations, conferences, toggling between summer/winter homes, etc.

There are certain things you only perceive when you stay in one place. Particularly things related to nature’s rhythms

one of my two neighbors is a portuguese grandad singing all day long, screaming at people on the street etc. 

if you don’t choose your neighbors, chances that you can make friends with them are extremely low on my opinion

if you’re in crypto - even less since they won’t understand anything you say and be at work most of the time

engaging with builders • 
 designing at /basedstudio • imagining better future • network states

yea you're not gonna love em all (esp if they're senile) and they're likely not in crypto (esp if they're senile 😆). i dont know your personal situation

but there's more to life than crypto or work. most ppl have more in common than you'd think, if you make a bit of an effort to find it
