First 10 min have been spent on introductions and discussion of why more ppl didn’t get notified about the meeting 😔

No one wants much built stuff. Lots of interest in plants, gardens, miyawaki forests

Strong desire for low maintenance garden

There’s about 20 ppl here. I wonder how many noticed or thought my about this lot before this thing started. Tbh I didn’t even know it was there.

Btw this feasibility study costs $15k to do

Presenter is pretty chill. He just encouraged us to make renegade paths in places where he prolly won’t get approval to make em (for political reasons)

Oh ok it makes sense now. The guy who keeps interrupting lives next door to the property and doesn’t want more traffic nearby. 

Somewhat reasonable (doesn’t want ppl to go up his driveway), somewhat unreasonable (they’re talking about putting in a tiny-ass path, not building a highrise)

One guy’s being kind of a dick, interrupting the presenter anytime he’s not happy.
