revealed preference: chooses the more attractive date each time

stated: “I care about governance”
revealed: 🟪 participation rates (which tbh are relatively high)

stated: “base is decentralized”
revealed: the only sequencer is run by a regulated MSB

stated: “we find crazy ambitious founders”
revealed: won’t lead your round but will join if someone famous does
