What is important in a startup that most people ignore? 

What do people focus on a lot, but actually isn't that important?

Ppl ignore founder happiness, but it’s a perfectly valid reason for any startup choice. 

Startups are hard. When founders lose interest, the startup dies. So you gotta optimize for founder fit

Pass on great biz ideas that aren’t personally meaningful. Fire A players you don’t get along with.

I don’t find it to only be a valid reason, but if it doesn’t make my heart sing, I can’t do it anymore - not enough time in life to do things that dont make my heart sing

Life’s too short to work with people who make you unhappy.  Find your tribe!
