Totally agree, nothing about substack is native to food either on the restaurant/map side or the recipe/cooking side. The thing that really blows my mind is most people’s first complaint about food blogs is the life story before the recipe. So instead, Substack gives us… wait… more life stories.

Was really cool to see the complementary themes in research from consumers and creators.
