One of my all time favorite recipes that I’ve forked a hundred different ways. https://smittenkitchen.com/2021/06/zucchini-butter-spaghetti/ My latest iteration uses broken lasagne sheets as the base. I dialed up the spice because 81 degrees felt wonderfully balmy today.
