Artists, As far as I can perceive, this platform seems more accepting towards AI art, is that realy the case??

If so, tell me why do you accept AI and why do you believe some people feel so offended by it.

I think it's cool that more and more people are starting to see AI for what it is: a useful tool that can be used by artists just as well and that there IS a right and ethical way to used it. :)

that is a very hot topic. personally, i take no issue what so ever w ai art! i think it gives artists a 'tool' to work with and if you look at ai as just a tool then its no different than photoshop, blender, p5js etc. i do think people should label their work 'ai' just as people should label 'acrylic' or 'digital' etc. 

however, there is a diff between ai art and low effort ai art and i also think it matters what you plan to do with it, how you plan to use it and your starting point images & data. 

there was this 'artist' that  took a famous artist's work...ran it thru a drop & drag ai algo & just bc it resembled that famous artist's art, but was all distorted, it went crazy & they made TONS of eth. low effort & the work was just ripped off. it was pretty gross, but thats my opinion.

so i think there are lines you have to watch out for & you also have to watch out that the algo / model etc hasn't scraped & stolen a ton of artists work. 

but overall yes, fc & wc is pretty friendly towards ai art :)
