1/ On Farcaster growing and "changing"

When we talk to developers, the number one thing they want is retained user growth.

When we talk to early users, they don't want to lose the cozy feel of the network when it had fewer than <10K users.

I love it here. I’ve had so many authentic interactions in less than a month, excited for there to be more Castizens in the mix, bringing diversity of perspective. 

The only piece I would add - let users easily make channels! 

tight-knit subcommunities = OGs happy & newbs can more easily “find their tribe”.
