1. You're begging the question. How do we know they're terrorists?
2. Trump could 'deport' them w/o issue, he's choosing to send them to a foreign maximum security prison we're paying for. 
3. Some of these people haven't even been in the US long enough to commit a crime.

Agreed, even framing this as deportation doesn't seem accurate when it's actually just indefinite detention in a possible torture facility.
