What’s a moment in your life that taught you to be confident? Sometimes the little things can teach us a lot about believing in ourselves. A funny example for me would be my first encounter with a pogo stick in 3rd grade. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to jump more than 2-3 times, while all the other kids made it look easy. That night, I went to bed determined to figure it out. The next day, I was bouncing like a champ. It’s silly but I still think about that day when I am stuck on something. 😂 What about you? Do you have any experiences like this that you remember when facing a challenge?

A few years ago when I took part in a diving course. I did one of the tasks badly and kept swallowing water. After many attempts, I panicked and gave up the fight because it was no longer comfortable. After that I spent hours thinking about what happened... After a few hours of "rest", we dived again in the afternoon and it was no longer a problem, because I realized that I had to relax and not cramp. The afternoon went so well that, I didn't pay attention to the bottle and at the end we practiced the running out of air task. But since then I know that nothing is impossible, especially if you are surrounded by supportive friends.
