First time dad-to-be and ETA is T-minus ~two weeks. FC parents - what are you glad you knew / wish you knew a few weeks out?

Things that helped on kid B that we wished we did for kid A: - We put the car seat in the car a couple weeks out. - Kept the go-bag in the car (not the house). - Kept the house “staged” for a couple of weeks. - Had a moby wrap (and practiced tying it before it was showtime).
