Deutsche Welle – In the ongoing legal battle over government funds frozen by Donald Trump, the appeals court in Boston has rejected the U.S. president’s request against a federal judge’s ruling in Rhode Island. According to the ruling, the government must release all frozen funds until a final decision is made on the matter.
