I see a lot from our little discussion yesterday and it’s expedient that an effort to improve the ability of disadvantaged adults is implemented so as to meet their basic needs.
But the truth remains that no government policy can really do much, but In these cases can we embrace privatization??
I’ll really appreciate if we can have more private agencies do something to this regard
