It has been repeatedly proven to us that Western media all have a specific algorithm, and the U.S. system is a liberal democracy. A liberal democracy views centralization as an unhealthy condition, so it sees the existence of competition for Western media as positive! This is because it prevents Western media from being the only ones that can apply algorithms and make people the main subject of their narratives. Now, in order for TikTok to be banned, there needs to be a solid reason, not silly excuses like "because it's Chinese!" Are you willing to question the core of U.S. policy just to claim TikTok should be banned?
