George Bernard Shaw In brain-based studies, there's a concept called "Anchoring Bias." It means that once our brain receives the first bit of information or forms an initial impression about someone or something, that impression becomes a kind of mental anchor. After that, it's really hard for the brain to let go of it—even if new evidence contradicts the original impression.

This is an important point that many of us often overlook. Perhaps that’s why we find ourselves having to work so hard just to prove our worth 🤷‍♂️
