Ideas that are battle-tested in CT will end up being good ideas…for a CT audience. Unfortunately this audience can be fickle and cynical. If we want adoption, we have to go beyond CT. Which means founders need to be testing their ideas in many places. CT is not “the world”. It’s one market.

I agree, testing out ideas in the state of Connecticut doesn’t always work. But then why do so many food companies use New England as a test market for developing products? CT gave us Vanilla Coke, RI gave us the KFC Doubledown …😶🌫️
