Ngl, seems like an oversimplification. In my experience the world is grey and only becomes harder to cope with when you try to make it black and white.

Yes, as a person with ADHD who was using illegal amphetamines during my teen years and later legal (vyvanse), I am too familiar with how it messes with dopamine receptors, and not sure if the crash and addiction is worth it and outweight the benefits. Also you become overly rational robot with that creative part of the brain a little bit dulled

I have adhd and I agree. Never took meds, once I became disciplined with my work and exercise routine, the symptoms of adhd seemingly went away.
