I believe all services you write should be self-contained and not influenced by your other services. That way they’re interchangeable and durable to changes in the others. Your backend should not be written with your frontend’s implementation details in mind. The moment you can push changes to multiple pieces of the stack in the same PR, this practice breaks down.
