i remember having the public/private likes convo with @dwr.eth when warpcast was rolling out the “likes” tab on the profile. he said it was a discovery tool. i said it was a cancellation tool. we all know how every debate with @dwr.eth ends. interesting X will now move them private. thoughts?

Pondering this ourselves. Definitely a double-edged sword as it can inspire the wrong kind of behavior but also has a potentially valuable signal when navigating a sea of content. We're talking about this tomorrow on our new Space and how it impacts brands.
