Is there an open source (or paid?) Tailwind-friendly email template that is well-tested across the major email clients and devices?

Goal is to have slightly nicer transactional emails without having to manage a lot of custom view code?

I bookmarked https://react.email recently. Haven't had a reason to use it yet but seems like a nice modern way to create email templates
