What do you think about all of the good ENS handles that were registered for 20 years when ETH was really cheap, and are sitting in inactive wallets?

lol I mean I'm not the biggest fan of harberger taxes because I think it over-financializes things. It's good for recovering inactive names but potentially hurts the people who actually use their name. And I can't recall many other thoughtful ideas
