Very simple spec for a first cut of programmable DCs. Plan is to basically expose a thin layer on top of internal Warpcast APIs. We don't know enough about the final shape of public DC APIs, so will keep it simple to start.

Did you guys consider a model where its an item in the notification tab instead of a DC? Feels natural if we assume most will be read only

We did. Notifications are too ephemeral, lack good way to progress state and hard to search for them.
