Any way to add logos to chains already added to MM?

Pretty sure a site could call that func again or via https://metamask.github.io/api-playground/api-documentation/ . We should make sure any of these values can be edited manually, and are doing that as part of a larger initiative that includes all addresses, contacts, and their metadata.
