People underestimate the value of learning conflict management tools, until a conflict actually arises. By then, it will become more difficult and will take longer to solve the conflict. It’s no secret that conflict is inevitable, especially in web3 communities where there’s stress, lack of trust, funding issues, or different opinions. People can actually benefit from simple, accessible tools that help prevent conflict, build trust and improve communication among others. It's like having a fire extinguisher, you may not use it, but if there is ever a fire, you will be able to use it to stop the fire before it spreads and causes any damages.

We don't need more "successful" people. We desperately need more peacebuilders, moderators, and people who show up with genuine care and empathy for others in this space. We need people who are willing to make web3 a safe, healthy, and inclusive space for all of us. And these qualities have little to do with success as we have defined it. True success = lifting others up and contributing to the well-being of our communities. 🧡
