We don't need more "successful" people. We desperately need more peacebuilders, moderators, and people who show up with genuine care and empathy for others in this space. We need people who are willing to make web3 a safe, healthy, and inclusive space for all of us. And these qualities have little to do with success as we have defined it. True success = lifting others up and contributing to the well-being of our communities. 🧡
