I like this idea but have a question, how do you resolve the same media but two ppl submitting them? Based on tx hash of who submitted first? Trying understand that part (general curiosity)

since the idea is essentially sharing links onchain (as opposed to online), the url is the unique identifier, and it would be first come, first served. 

meaning that early users are rewarded by having at the urls with most potential before later users.
