baby regressing first time since sleep training (4 months of perfect sleep) finally gets to sleep hours later than usual fire alarm goes off because it has expired baby has been crying on and off for the past hour 🥲

Hang in there, I’ve learned that every couple of months there is a rough patch you have to survive and then reinforce again with the training. Then things go back to normal to cycle through again. Be kind to yourself & your partner.
