1/2 it's been a month since we launched Cura with the new channel changes. we at /openrank are doubling down and making a big bet on farcaster channels. we think channels are a great primitive to build onchain communities. channels have the potential to onboard new users with a killer combination - sovereign identity, financial rails, open social graph. channels will allow communities of shared interests, topics or tokens to come together. we plan to give channels all the tools (an operating system of sorts) to grow and manage their communities. we believe reputation based curation and moderation helps discover quality content, addresses spam and helps reward top contributors.

2/2 what's next? - we're cooking a big feature for moderators to identify top users and create channel power badges - mini app for reddit like threads/discussions - curabot notifications to automate requests, top casts, leaderboard, tipping - we'll invite channel mods to share tips on managing and curating their communities. we're going to use the /openrank channel for all discussions, good practices and product updates related to Cura excited to continue building in public. follow all the updates related to Cura on /openrank. DC us if you'd like to join a group chat for channel moderators where we discuss top pain points for managing channels.
