Having a US entity for your business is a major headache IMO - esp if you operate primarily online/onchain You have federal and state tax compliances, and other business compliance for payroll, and a bunch of other things no one really tells you about until you're too far into the mess On the other hand UK or even many European jurisdictions have very simple filing, compliance, and tax requirements It's a complete psyop that somehow the US is a better choice and as new onchain fundraising mechanisms emerge, having a DE or similar US entity is going to feel like a relic of the past

I would agree with this. I ended up setting up an LLC mostly in case I write anything that offends anyone/risk adverse. But I may wind it down. Iā€™m getting changed a couple fees for literally barely making 2k-3k in my content šŸ˜‚ fuck that
