Iβve been out of natto for about a month now, but I feel so much better now π For those of you who donβt know, natto is a traditional Japanese fermented superfood made of soybeans typically eaten over/mixed in with rice. Itβs an acquired taste, but the benefits makes it worth while. Benefits include: - aids in digestion (probiotics) - increases bone health (calcium & K12) - lowering blood pressure (nattokinase) - strengthen immune system (vitamin C and other minerals)
