99% of the time I hear people talk about product-market fit in crypto

One other gem Dan reiterated last week (on the Monad panel):

“What % of people would be bummed if your app stopped existing?”

^This really is the true test. It’s ok to not have it asap… a group of loyal users give you space to iterate and discover. 

But be honest — only self-interest is scalable.
