Open is extremely dependent on weather giving favorable conditions to half the field almost every year 

timezone is tough for USA audiences

i think this is a bad take. I think it is US Open, The Open, Masters in a rough tie. And PGA barely above the Players.  The Open is incredible.

PGA at the bottom for me. Conditions are part of the appeal for the Open.
