Does the @supercast app use the Power Badge system?

Is PB a warpcast thing or is the power badge at the protocol level?

PB are only on Warpcast and have no effect on the protocol or other clients.

But althought not for ordering, SuperCast still uses PB to show the BADGE from Warpcast API
