For me its coffee then run. I used to do it the other way round, but lately I have been enjoying getting up a little earlier and enjoying a little me time. 50 $degen

We usually start around 7 am, but now even at this time it is already +25 degrees. Need to start 6am I think :)

How early do you get out there? I love the morning air while running but often it's too much of a task with family routines, etc
