75 votes is an outrageous amount of power. nouns is centralized. this duna election is showing it clearly

too bad none of these folks opinions matter because like 3 dudes can reach the max quorum all by themselves!

I don’t get it. Those three numbers add up to bigger than 75 and potentially less people than nounders… so why wouldnt it be the same problem if they were voting for something nounders were voting against?

imo the Nounders vote should be reserved for only smart contract protocol changes, not social layer proposals…. Also Nounders + 4156 have 100 votes, so more than double JaneDoe…. Surely you can understand why these people are upset. Index easily will have the support of the overall community, Nounders could have signaled at the end to show alignment, but being one of the first votes out of the gate makes it feel forced.

Is your problem not with permissionless token voting then?

These folks don’t have the social influence nounders have. But yes, agree with your point. No vote should be decided by 3 voting bodies
