One thing I’ve been thinking about is the idea of “having respect for your body”. I often think about fitness as a means of achieving more - running faster, living longer, lifting heavier, etc - but it is also a way of honoring and expressing gratitude for the body you’ve been blessed with.

I agree, and when I think about the possibility of respecting my body help me transcend this body as in disembodied transhumanism thanks to technologies, there I start to give out a blue screen.
