since the signup fee is a massive barrier for new users, why not:
- delay the registration fee by X days/weeks
- encourage users to cast to earn rewards
- deduct the fee from warplet

smoother onboarding + more bangers = win-win

kicking around some ideas to improve this right now. 

the biggest contender is storage delegation. allow any account to purchase storage for itself or to redirect the storage to another account. 

apps can basically pay onboarding fees for all their users but reclaim them if they detect that someone is spammy. 

users can always self host just like today if no app wants to host them.
