We shouldn’t have to work so hard just to post in a channel. Thread upon thread of ppl still not being admitted or seen. Social media shouldn’t itself be a job. Ppl come here to connect. This new channel situation is a great misalignment. I see a few toxic positivity leaders saying how much they like it, but I don’t see them articulating why; I smell cap.

Right now this early on in a change process leadership has to be like this. It's just a part of the change management process. However... Eventually it can Definitely lead to Toxic Positivity... That will NOT be good... Loved hearing toxic positivity, it's been a minute since I've heard that (that was covered in my Doctoral coursework in Organizational Leadership.
