I wouldn’t be so sure. That could be code for “start opening gaps (e.g. with the CFTC, tokenization of tradfi) while keeping the Elizabeth Warren wing placated.” If Kamala is going to do something for crypto, it’s going to be incremental, institutional, glacial, and mind numbingly boring.

I guess what I’m saying is that if Kamala wins, there’s hope for crypto. But if there is, it’s going to look procedural, bureaucratic, and institutional.
