It clearly shows that the office is almost devoid of real meaning and/or power and is not that important. There are others that are actually running the country. This begs the following questions: 1. Is a president really necessary? 2. Is the American government (but this applies to any democracy) actually "representative"/"democratic" of its constituents and of their will? 3. How could decentralized tech be used to develop a more decentralized governance and implement a system in which the people are more directly involved?
