I like tiers but I think we need to make it accessible for new people to be able to get into. I understand keeping bots and farmers away but genuine people should feel like they can be a part of this I started in late Feb/March but never would have been a part of this if it was too hard to get started.

I agree with this 100%. Its a difficult balance, but ultimately you want more people playing the game if you want it to succeed. That's how every other game works, at least. Don't see why this is an exception. I also think a mad dash to buy is horrible execution. For example, changing the requirement to 100k and everyone runs to buy at once. People just going to get screwed, then get angry, then leave.

This is the very truth every one neglects. New people need to be able to get in but they dont seem to be factoring in that into the decision making. Some can barely meet the quota of 10k. Suggesting 100k is a bit high for a new user unless you have the funds.

One criticism of the tipping culture is that it’s geared towards big accounts, having tiers might add to that. A level playing field might attract more new people. I’d favour one lock up amount and everyone getting an equal allowance
