But are they good? A good bagel is worth a lot. Bad bagels might as well be stale rolls…I am not a snob about much, but bagels I take seriously.

$6.50 sounds criminal….ive been in the burbs and out of NYC for 7 years though so what do I know. 

Needs to be boiled and baked…chewy inside, slight crust outside….not too much crust. Simple but complex!

I find they're still good after freezing too but maybe you're pickier than me 🤷🏻
