People in the US who have switched over to Helium Mobile for service. How has it been? was it easy to signup and switch? Has cell service and customer service been alright?

The switch was easy. The service is dependent upon your TMobile service unless you're near or have a helium hotspot. Support? Well.. nice enough techs, but crazy slow. Took 1 month to solve a problem via chat. Responses were days apart.

I'm using Helium Mobile on a 2nd phone (Sony Xperia). I feel like the network speed is a bit slower than my main phone which is also on T-Mobile (Pixel 8). For me the Helium Mobile support has been good. My Helium phone doesn't have an e-sim and they were very helpful in getting a physical sim shipped to me.
